Use this form to join our Citizen Class Action lawsuit. Nothing is official yet. We don't yet have a lawyer, and haven't filed any documents. At this time, we are simply gathering together our group of concerned citizens who want to become a part of the class action suit to protect our democracy by ensuring that broadcast media campaign coverage and televised presidential debates include all presidential candidates running for office, and treat all presidential candidates equally, and in an unbiased manner.

We hope to gather at least 10,000 citizens to give impact to our complaint, and then present our case to the American Civil Liberties Union in the hope that they will agree to represent us. We don't have any funds to hire an attorney, and we aren't seeking monetary damages, so we are hoping the ACLU can take this case pro bono. The sooner we can gather a critical mass of people, the sooner we can proceed. So be sure to spread the word about this proposed case to every concerned citizen you know.

Please note that you MUST be a United States Citizen age 18 or over. And you must meet one of the following critera: You should ideally be registered to vote, or eligible to vote and planning to register to vote in the upcoming presidential election. You can also be a volunteer for or a donor to any presidential candidate who has been excluded from a televised debate, even if you can't vote.

If the ACLU agrees to take on this case, you will probably be contacted to officially register as a class action case member to make it official.

Also, if the ACLU sees that there is a large block of people willing to join their organization if they take on our case, this might also give them added incentive to do so. If you are willing to be a part of that group, please check the box below where indicated. Membership in the ACLU is around $25, but they have a low income option of $5 as well.
